PERSONAL BRANDING DETAILS:

Your sessions can be indoor or out and are built around your personal branding. They are to capture the soul of who you are where your clients feel they know you before even working with you. I have a million different ideas that we can play with to capture your life and brand that will make you stand out on social media and the web. I love to think out of the box so we are guaranteed to have fun while we shoot. 
     
Pick your package...
ONE TIME SESSION
This is a one time session where you can see how branding works.  We can pick the perfect location to get you 10 amazing images for your website and social media. This does not require a contract and the session is prepaid at time of booking with the option to purchase extra images for $75 each with a $150 session fee. 
LET'S DO THIS MEMBERSHIP
   This contract is for 1 personal branding session a month. This session will include at least 15 images per month. Please note that typically more than 15 images are provided each month to cover sessions that may be missed. We are just not exceeding 90 in the 6 month term. Images over the 90 after 6 months are $30 each. At the end of 6 months this contract becomes month to month but still retains the 15 promised images and the $450 per month until written notices is given 15 days in advance that you want to end your membership.
      Payment is due the same day every month via an emailed Square invoice. Your card will stay on file until the closing of your membership. A late fee of $50 will be charged if more than 7 days late. 
   Digital Photos will be delivered to you via downloadable personal gallery through studio's website site. The digital photos will be hi-resolution jpeg format with rights to make use for social media. *Please note that personal photos that are taken are still for social media or marketing purposes only. 
    Kimberly Marsh Photography retains legal copyrights to all images and has my permission to use images for her own personal marketing and promotion. It is not a requirement but I would love to be tagged on your social media posts where the images are used.

Please that typically more than 30 images are provided each month to cover sessions that may be missed. We are just not exceeding 360 images in the 12 month term. Images over the 360 after 12 months are $30 each. At the end of 12 months this contract becomes month to month but still retains the 30 promised images and the $700 per month until written notices is given 15 days in advance that you want to end your membership. You will also receive 10 videos per month and agreed upon added branding to images and videos.

The Fine Print...   
  Kimberly Marsh Photography is the sole legal owner and holds the copyright of the photos herein. With this copyright the photos, as well as any behind the scenes footage might be used on Kimberly Marsh Photography's social media accounts and website. There may also be occasions your image will be used in marketing, print, and competitions for Kimberly Marsh Photography.
     You have permission to use the images for your marketing and branding purposes only. This means social media, websites and print pertaining ONLY to your business. 
   Social Media posts do not have to tag Kimberly Marsh Photography but it is greatly appreciated as the posts will be re-shared and therefor promoted even farther. 
   Printing any of the images for personal use without prior written request is not permitted. Printing or sharing for any personal reason is considered copyright infringement and is punishable to the full extent of the law.
