PERSONAL BRANDING DETAILS:

Your sessions can be indoor or out and are built around your personal branding. They are to capture the soul of who you are where your clients feel they know you before even working with you. I have a million different ideas that we can play with to capture your life and brand that will make you stand out on social media and the web. I love to think out of the box so we are guaranteed to have fun while we shoot. Please understand that it is not up to me to come up with concepts for your sessions as these are for YOUR brand. I can help and come up with my own creative ideas but the bulk of your own branding means that it comes from you. You are your brand.

ONE TIME SESSION
This is a one time session where you can see how branding works. We will have a consultation to come up with the perfect location and set to get you 10 amazing images for your website and social media. This does not require a contract and the session is prepaid at time of booking with the option to purchase extra images for $75 each with a $150 session fee. *this is only ONE location and ONE extra wardrobe change. 
LET'S DO THIS MEMBERSHIP
   This contract is for 1 personal branding session a month. This session will include at least 15 images per month. Please note that while a minimum of 15 images is guaranteed per session, additional images may be provided at the photographer's discretion. Extra images provided in one month do not carry over, accumulate, or count toward future months. We are just not exceeding 90 in the 6 month term. Images over the 90 after 6 months are $30 each. At the end of 6 months this contract becomes month to month but still retains the 15 promised images and the $450 per month until written notices is given 15 days in advance that you want to end your membership.

    Payment is due the same day every month via an emailed Square invoice. A valid credit card is required to be kept on file at the time of signing this contract. Your card on file will be charged automatically on your recurring billing date each month. By signing this contract, you authorize Kimberly Marsh Photography to charge the card on file for all monthly membership fees. Your card will remain on file until your membership has been officially closed in writing. If your payment does not go through for any reason, a $50 late fee will be charged to your account.

   This contract is a commitment for the full 6-month term (Let's Do This). Early cancellation before the end of your initial term is not permitted. If you wish to end your membership after your initial term has been completed, written notice must be provided a minimum of 15 days before your next billing date. Membership continues and your card on file will be charged until written notice has been received and confirmed by Kimberly Marsh Photography.

   Attendance and scheduling are part of your membership commitment. If you cancel or reschedule your session for 2 or more consecutive months, you will forfeit the promised images for those missed months. Forfeited images do not carry over, accumulate, or extend your contract term. Your monthly payment continues regardless of whether a session has been scheduled or completed. Missing sessions does not pause, reduce, or credit your membership fee in any way.
   
   Digital Photos will be delivered to you via a personal link where you can download your images easily. The digital photos will be hi-resolution jpeg format with rights to make use for social media. 
I'M ALL IN MEMBERSHIP
   This contract is for 1 personal branding session a month. This session will include at least 30 images per month. Please note that while a minimum of 30 images is guaranteed per session, additional images may be provided at the photographer's discretion. Extra images provided in one month do not carry over, accumulate, or count toward future months. We are just not exceeding 360 images in the 12 month term. Images over the 360 after 12 months are $30 each. At the end of 12 months this contract becomes month to month but still retains the 30 promised images and the $700 per month until written notices is given 15 days in advance that you want to end your membership.

**The Fine Print**
   Kimberly Marsh Photography is the sole legal owner and retains full copyright of all images taken during your membership, including any behind the scenes footage. By signing this contract you agree to the following:

YOUR RIGHTS: You may use your images for business marketing purposes only, including social media, websites, and print materials directly related to your business. If images are submitted into magazines for print and marketing then photography credit must given to Kimberly Marsh Photography. Tagging @kimberlymarshphotography on social media is not required but is always appreciated as I reshare your posts. 

WHAT YOU CANNOT DO: Images may not be printed or shared for personal use without prior written permission from Kimberly Marsh Photography. Images may not be sold, licensed, or used for any form of compensation by the client. Unauthorized use is considered copyright infringement and is subject to the full extent of the law.

PHOTOGRAPHER'S RIGHTS: Kimberly Marsh Photography reserves the right to use any images taken during your membership for portfolio, social media, website, marketing, print, advertising, and competition purposes without additional notice or compensation to the client.

MODEL RELEASE: By signing this contract, you also agree to the terms of the Kimberly Marsh Photography Model Release. You grant Kimberly Marsh Photography the irrevocable right to use your name, photograph, image, and likeness in all forms of media including but not limited to social media, website, portfolio, print, advertising, marketing materials, and competitions, without compensation. This release applies to all images captured during your membership, including any individuals who appear in your sessions. You represent that you have the authority to grant this release for yourself and any minors or family members present during your sessions.
